Man as the perpetrator and creator of the act from the perspective of cardinal Karol Wojtyla

Abstract

The main problem of the lecture is encapsulated in the question: how does a person become the perpetrator and creator of action in the reflection of Cardinal Karol Wojtyla? The article answers this question through a triptych of analyses related to the phenomenon of personal action, the transcendence of personal dynamism, and the fulfillment of the person in action. This is particularly significant in the era of secularization, which results in the dehumanization and depersonalization of the human person. The shaping of the human person proposed by Cardinal Wojtyla, through conscious, free, morally good action, causes the perpetrator and creator of the action to be open in their dynamism to the creation of the potential given to them by the Creator. This creation is therefore unlimited, conducive to the formation of Catholic leaders, evangelizers, and catechists. It appears to be one of the ways in which the Church responds to contemporary secularization.
