HOMO LABORANS. MEANDERS OF HUMAN WORK IN THE PROCESS OF BUILDING A BETTER WORLD

Abstract
Every community needs rules, that organize social life. The Catholic Church guards
the integral development and accompanies people throughout ages and culture. Based on the
Gospel, it helps to build a better world respecting the principles of the common good of the society,
subsidiarity and solidarity. The article shows the implementation of this task by analyzing the
teaching of the Church on social issues in selected historical contexts.
