Abstract

In the modern world, significant technological progress creates new challenges for societies and nations. The main manifestation of this development is the use and application of artificial intelligence, which poses both opportunities and threats for humanity and the Catholic Church. The main aim of the article is to evaluate artificial intelligence in the light of the teachings of Pope Francis, considering ethical, philosophical, and theological perspectives.
