Those Who Help Need Help Too. Burnout and Organizational Climate in a District Youth Educational Centre

Abstract

The article addresses the issue of burnout among staff in a District Youth Educational Centre, examining its relationship with organizational climate and the specific context of resocialization institutions. Based on empirical data from 55 employees across various departments, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on burnout levels, interpersonal relationships, and leadership styles. The results reveal a moderate level of burnout symptoms, accompanied by a diverse perception of the organizational environment. A supportive model for staff well-being is proposed as a result. The article emphasizes the need for systemic care for professionals working under high occupational stress.
