From the legal point of view, ownership is always perceived as something related to
entitlements of a person. Economically speaking, ownership is translated to its monetary value.
Sociological sciences will try to find dependencies between those who own a lot and those who
are poor. The psychological approach will analyze human aspirations and expectations, as well as
discuss the problem of owning something in terms of excess or deficiency. Theology will refer to
ownership directly in terms of God and will perceive it as a free gift although as a task. Ownership
is generally connected with three legal realities, i.e. owning, using and disposing. The social function
of ownership expresses its wealth in light of the so-called “golden rule” of all social behaviors,
which requires an ultimate subordination of common purpose of goods to private ownership
