Bezwarunkowy dochód gwarantowany – populizm, czy lek na niedoskonałość systemu neoliberalnego?

Abstract
The main issue of the dissertation focuses on the question
whether Universal Basic Income (UBI) is good solution to the
growing sense of injustice in XXI century society. The dissertation
raises the issue of shaping future political elites in examining
the critique of neoliberalism and presenting arguments
regarding the crisis of present system. In the next stage describes
redefining the idea of the working class into the idea of precariat.
Explains divisions, subconscious competition and basic
needs in society regarding the new coneption. As a conclusion,
author tries to indicate the judgment of the UBI in the point of
view in the Catholic social teaching.
